Templates do not install because of a CD installation error

Problem
When you try to install your templates, the installer freezes or returns an error message (e.g. "Installation not supported").

Cause
Some software on your computer is interfering with the installer.

Solution
Install the templates manually by copying them from the CD to your hard drive:

1. Insert your Hot Chilli template CD into your CDROM drive
2. Open Windows Explorer and navigate to the CDROM drive
   
3. Copy the Templates folder by right clicking on it and selecting copy
   
4. Decide where you would like your templates located on your hard drive. We recommend creating a new folder on your C drive and calling it Hot Chilli. Paste the templates into this location.
   
5. You are now ready to use your new templates. Simply double-click on a template file to open it or open it through PowerPoint.
